dependABLE labour is the supported employment service operated by Aptus Treatment Centre. We partner with employers to address their labour needs, as well as increase diversity and inclusion in the workforce, through accessing the disability labour market.

Our services to employers include on-site coaching, education about disability in the workplace, Supervisor on-call whenever a job seeker is on shift, and promotional opportunities.

Services to job seekers include career exploration, job search and application support, on-site coaching, skill development training, soft skills and employment fundamentals training.
