El'dad Ranch

Since 1980, El’dad has supported adults with intellectual disabilities in the South Eastern Region of Manitoba, mostly in and around the areas surrounding Steinbach. Our Day Program focuses on vocational skill development in conjunction with our Social Enterprise that provides products and services to community. Our support of individuals consists of 24/7 Residential Homes, Supported Independent Living, or Home Share arrangements depending on our participant’s needs. We also run an Alternative Justice Program for men with intellectual disabilities who are in conflict with the law.

The Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC) Restigouche respectfully acknowledges that the Hire for Talent project was developed in Mi'gma'gi, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’gmaq.
