Empower Simcoe, is one of the largest not-for-profit agencies of its kind in the province offering diverse programs and services for children, teens and adults who have an intellectual disability. As a multi-service agency, Empower Simcoe provides a wide range of programs & services to pre-school children and their families including the EarlyON Child and Family Centres in Barrie, Innisfil and Bradford. The Springwater Public Library in Midhurst even features an Empower Simcoe EarlyON Child and Family Centre Stay, Play and Learn Program. Empower Simcoe is also the lead agency for Regional Housing Support Services related to affordable housing and emergency funding to members of the community of Simcoe County.
