JOB SEEKERS
Our supported employment model offers you the opportunity to search for and attain genuine, paid employment in your community. We work one-on-one to gain an understanding of your past experience, strengths, skills and vocational goals and prepare you to become employment ready.
As our goal is independence in the workplace, we offer job coaching and gradually reduce our support as you feel increasingly confident. When you feel independent we complete our coaching support but continue to be available to you if you need it.
