SOURCES Empowered for Employment Services provide comprehensive supports to multi-barriered clients, survivors of violence and/or abuse, mature adults who are 55+, persons with disabilities, people at risk of or experiencing homelessness who want to make positive changes in their lives and prepare for successful transition to employment. We offer Career Planning, Life Skills, Job Search Strategies, FREE Skills Training, Practicum, Job Placement and Job Coaching for all program participants.

The Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC) Restigouche respectfully acknowledges that the Hire for Talent project was developed in Mi'gma'gi, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’gmaq. This territory is encompassed by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship, which remain in effect today.
