Supported Employment Options

Supported Employment Options (SEO) is an employment agency which offers the necessary supports to assist adults who face a barrier to employment become gainfully employed within the North Eastman communities they serve.

Services offered to Clients:

- Assessment of interests

- Evaluation of work skills

- Programming to help prepare for a job

- Resources for active job searches and techniques

- Resume and cover letter preparation

- On site training in a paid job

- Assistance in resolving job related or personal issues

- Ongoing support and follow up

Pre-Employment Classes

We provide pre-employment classes in a one-on-one setting. Learn for the first time or rebuild your skills to become confident in what you have to offer an employer.

The Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC) Restigouche respectfully acknowledges that the Hire for Talent project was developed in Mi'gma'gi, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’gmaq. This territory is encompassed by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship, which remain in effect today.
