To foster an inclusive culture in which Indigenous peoples feel welcome and safe, it is imperative to integrate Indigenous elements into the workplace. This goal is all-important: displaying these elements not only supports Indigenous employees, but also educates non-Indigenous peoples about Indigenous history and culture.
